The Société des eaux et de l’assainissement d’Alger (SEAAL) is reducing the number of its open agencies to 25, giving priority to E-payment.

The Société des eaux et de l’assainissement d’Alger (SEAAL) announced Thursday the reduction of the number of its open agencies to 25 out of a total of 40, due to the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
